WELCOME
Aikido is a martial art suitable to active people of all ages and sizes, as well as to men and women. It offers you a way of keeping fit without the pressure of competition. You will also learn self-defense in the long term.
Aikido has been practised in Finland for 40 years. The national sport federation is Suomen Aikidoliitto ry-Finland Aikikai.
